INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 tsp coconut nectar (or honey if non-vegan)
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 cups fresh cilantro
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a powerful blender and puree until completely smooth. Serve over fresh greens, bell peppers, and lots of other fresh marvelous toppings.
