INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups pecans
- 3 Tbsp coconut syrup (or honey if non-vegan)
- 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the pecans in a medium size bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the coconut syrup, oil, cinnamon, and salt. Continue whisking until combined.
- Pour the wet mixture into the pecan bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread out the pecans into an even layer.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, tossing every 20 minutes.
