I just can’t with this dressing, it is so good! I often use it to drizzle over Asian Lettuce Wraps, a fresh spinach salad, or I just skip all that and eat it by the spoonful as I hoover over the kitchen counter.

*If you feel you are not sensitive to peanuts and do not have tahini butter available, you may use creamy peanut butter instead.

INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup olive oil (possibly more depending on the thickness of your tahini butter)
- 1/4 cup creamy tahini butter*
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 1/2 Tbsp honey (maple syrup for vegan)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp ginger, dried & ground
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup cilantro
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients into a powerful blender and puree until completely smooth. Serve over fresh greens and lots of fresh marvelous toppings.
