The largest perk to this dish is the fact that it's incredibly fast to make, we’re talkin’ 10 minutes! It also has a subtlely sweet flavor that a teriyaki sauce inevitably provides.

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 cod fillets
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1/4 cup broth
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp fresh chopped ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 Tbsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1 Tbsp fresh chives

DIRECTIONS
  1. Whisk together the coconut aminos, broth, honey, ginger, salt and pepper. Pour into a large skillet and set over medium-high heat. Once sauce is warm place cod fillets on the skillet. Cover and cook for 4 minutes. Flip filets and cook uncovered another 4 minutes.
  2. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and chives.
