What better way to celebrate a beautiful day outside than with some refreshing juiced strawberry lemonade!

Be sure to get a good stevia product. Many are combined with other artificial sweeteners or have been highly processed. Happy refreshing friends!

This is labeled as a PHASE 2 recipe due to the stevia. Some don't respond as well to stevia during the healing process. It is however a great sweetener to use once digestive stability has been gained. Just be sure you are buying a high quality product as mentioned above.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 cups organic strawberries
  • 4 lemons, rinds cut away
  • 1/2 Tbsp stevia
  • 4 cups water, or according to preference​

DIRECTIONNS
  1. Juice the strawberries and lemons. Whisk in the stevia. 
  2. Mix in the water. Add more or less according your your preference for flavor strength.
