SIMPLE GARLIC BROCCOLI

This broccoli dish is such a simple and delicious way to get those greens on that dinner plate. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 head broccoli florets
  • 3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large pan heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Place the broccoli florets in the pan and saute for 2 minutes stirring constantly. Add the garlic, water and salt. Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until water has evaporated and broccoli is cooked to desired tenderness.
