INGREDIENTS
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 large onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp broth
- 1 bunch of asparagus, 2 inches of base removed
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Pour the oil into a large skillet over medium-high heat. Saute the onions and garlic alone for 2 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp of broth, trimmed asparagus, salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 5 minutes stirring halfway through cook time.
