*Halving the chicken breasts is optional but a great way to add as much flavor as possible throughout the meat. It also cuts down on cook time and better ensures the chicken is cooked through.

INGREDIENTS
Marinade:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, butterflied*
DIRECTIONS
- In a small bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients.
- Butterfly* each chicken breasts and place in a glass bowl.
- Pour the marinade over the raw chicken and toss to ensure coating.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill to high heat.
- Place chicken breasts on the grill and cook each side for 5 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
