I don't know about you, but I could actually live off of smoothie bowls. The ingredients assembled in this one are so refreshing together, hence the name. These beautiful bowls of bounteous nutrition are  extra fun because you can experiment with some great garnishes to send it over the top. The granola pictured can be found here and is absolutely delicious if you are including oats in your diet.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 lime, peeled or juiced
  • 1 pineapple spear
  • 1 banana, ripe
  • 2 cups frozen berries
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • (Bonus points: probiotic blend, collagen, extra greens)

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a powerful blender puree all ingredients until smooth.  Pour into four bowls and garnish with granola, coconut flakes, fresh fruit or anything else that tickles your fancy.
