These beautiful bowls of bounteous nutrition are extra fun because you can experiment with some great garnishes to send it over the top. INGREDIENTS
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 lime, peeled or juiced
- 1 pineapple spear
- 1 banana, ripe
- 2 cups frozen berries
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- (Bonus points: probiotic blend, collagen, extra greens)
DIRECTIONS
- In a powerful blender puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour into four bowls and garnish with granola, coconut flakes, fresh fruit or anything else that tickles your fancy.
