This pumpkin smoothie makes for a great seasonal treat and is a nice switch up from the usual smoothie.

Keeping sliced and frozen bananas on hand is a good practice since you can always throw one into your smoothie for added frozen texture, calories, and flavor. 

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
  • 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 2 Tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • (Bonus points: probiotic blend, collagen, greens)

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a powerful blender puree all ingredients until smooth.  Pour into two glasses bowls and enjoy!
