INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup almond or coconut milk
- 2/3 cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- (Bonus points: probiotic blend, collagen, greens)
DIRECTIONS
- In a powerful blender puree all ingredients until smooth. Pour into two glasses bowls and enjoy!
