PERFECT GRILLED SALMON

This marinated salmon is so simple and has such a beautiful flavor. It is light and positively perfect for the grill.

INGREDIENTS
  • 6 salmon fillets
  • 1/3 coconut aminos
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS​
  1. Lay salmon fillets on a 9 x 13 glass baking dish, skin side down.
  2. Whisk together the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon the marinade over the salmon fillets, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. 
  3. Preheat your outdoor grill for medium high heat. 
  4. Grill, skin side down for approximately 8 minutes. Turn the fish over, carefully remove the skin and grill for an additional 6 minutes.
