INGREDIENTS
- 6 Cod fillets
- Salt & pepper to taste
Sauce:
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 large yellow onion, chopped
- 2 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Place the fillets in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the sauce ingredients in a blender. Puree until smooth. Fine pieces of onion may remain.
- Remove the cod from the oven and spoon your sauce over the fish liberally.
