*I generally get coconut cream by refrigerating 1 can of coconut milk and removing the solidified cream at the top.

INGREDIENTS
Brownies:
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
Ganache:
- 1 cup coconut cream*
- 2/3 cup cacao powder
- 1/2 cup honey
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9 x 9 glass cake pan liberally with coconut oil.
- Place the wet ingredients into a powerful blender first. Add the dry ingredients on top and puree until completely smooth.
- Spoon the batter into your greased pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until a knife entered into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 10 minutes (if you can).
- Meanwhile, combine all ganache ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat once combined, creamy and warmed through. Serve over the brownies.
