INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup raisins (or other dried fruit)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup honey*
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all of the nuts, seeds, dried fruit and shredded coconut in a medium glass bowl. In a small sauce pan melt oil over medium-low heat. Add honey and cinnamon and stir until combined. Pour over the nut mixture. Dump the entire mixture onto the prepared cookie sheet. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Store in an air-tight container.
*Can easily be made vegan by using coconut syrup.
