Switch up your salad game than with some delicious homemade croutons. These are of course grain free and bursting with garlic goodness!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2/3 cups coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven for 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the eggs, ghee and garlic with an electric mixer. Add in the coconut flour and spices. Mix until combined. Dough will be slightly crumbly.
- Drop the dough onto the parchment paper and form into a square or rectangle that is 1/2 inch thick. I used a large rubber spatula to do this. Sprinkle with additional sea salt.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and slice into 1/2 inch cubes. Separate and spread around the baking sheet. Bake for another 15-20 minutes depending on desired crunch.
