These burgers don't require much but are so delicious and easy enough to make on a whim, making them the perfect lunch or dinner for a busy family.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp coconut flour
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp red chili peppers
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your outdoor grill for high heat.
- In a glass bowl combine all ingredients until completely dispersed. The meat will be sticky.
- Form into 4-6 separate balls then flatten into patties. Place onto the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Patties are done when the insides are no longer pink.
- Serve between lettuce, sliced vegetables, or enjoy as is.
