EASY TURKEY BURGERS

These burgers don't require much but are so delicious and easy enough to make on a whim, making them the perfect lunch or dinner for a busy family.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp red chili peppers

DIRECTIONS​
  1. Preheat your outdoor grill for high heat. 
  2. In a glass bowl combine all ingredients until completely dispersed. The meat will be sticky.
  3. Form into 4-6 separate balls then flatten into patties. Place onto the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side. Patties are done when the insides are no longer pink.
  4. Serve between lettuce, sliced vegetables, or enjoy as is.
