EASY DILL SALMON

EASY DILL SALMON

This salmon is super simple and bakes beautifully with just the right flavor. The extra perk is that it's in the oven and on the table in under 30 minutes.

INGREDIENTS
  • 5 salmon filets
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dill
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 Tbsp ghee or olive oil, melted

DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat your oven for 350 degrees.
  2. Lay the salmon, skin side down, on a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.
  3. Combine the seasoning in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the fish then lightly brush each filet with the melted ghee.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove skins if desired and serve hot.
