“All you need is love. But a little chocolate now and then doesn't hurt.” -Charles M. Schulz
There’s something glorious about creamy chocolate and fruit, wouldn’t you say? I love making this pudding as a remedy to some leftover egg yolks. It's so simple and of course deliciously satisfying.

There’s something glorious about creamy chocolate and fruit, wouldn’t you say? I love making this pudding as a remedy to some leftover egg yolks. It's so simple and of course deliciously satisfying.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup cacao
- Dash of salt
DIRECTIONS
- Whisk the egg yolks together in a medium-sized glass bowl.
- In a medium-size saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the coconut milk, honey and cacao. Heat until just barely simmering.
- Very slowly pour half of the hot milk mixture in with the eggs while continuing to whisk. Pour this mixture back into the saucepan with the other half of the milk mixture. Continue to cook over medium-low heat stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Be sure to not let the mixture boil as this will scramble the eggs.
- Transfer to a glass bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight to chill.
