This teriyaki stir-fry is free of junky sugar and soy which most teriyaki sauces are guilty of. The sauce is undoubtedly thinner than the traditional teriyaki sauce due to the absence of starchy thickeners, however it does not lack for flavor.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 4 chicken breasts, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 head broccoli florets
Sauce:
- 1/4 cup coconut aminos
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and stir-fry the chicken for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables and continue to stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
- Meanwhile, whisk the sauce ingredients together in a small bowl. Add the sauce to the stir-fry and continue to cook until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are done to desired tenderness, about 4 more minutes.
