COCONUT CHOCOLATE MOUSSE

It's always a good time for some coconut chocolate mousse. This recipe is so incredibly easy to make and is a perfect sweet treat alone, with fruit, or dolloped over some chocolate cake.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup coconut cream*
  • 1/4 cup cacao powder
  • 3 Tbsp honey

  • Fresh Fruit of choice
​
DIRECTIONS
  1. With an electric mixer combine all ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

*To get coconut cream refrigerate 1-14 oz can of coconut milk and remove 1 cup of the solidified cream, reserving any remaining liquid for another use.
