These bars are so tasty and undoubtedly better than any store bought bars that I've purchased to date. Collagen is added for protein and nutritional value, but if you don’t have any on hand they will still turn out great without it.

INGREDIENTS
- 15 dates
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup cacao
- 2 Tbsp powdered collagen
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
DIRECTIONS
- Line an 8 x 8 baking dish with parchment paper.
- Place all ingredients into a powerful blender and pulse until no large date pieces remain and ingredients are combined well.
- Press the mixture into the pan and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Cut into bars.
- If covered and stored in an airtight container these will keep in the refrigerator for at least one week.
