This is the best ranch on planet Earth IMO! It is phase 2 approved on the Foods Four Thought Diet. You are welcome to use any mayo you wish, but Follow Your Heart Vegenaise is by far my favorite and it's soy-free.

INGREDIENTS
  • 1½ cup vegan mayonnaise
  • 1½ Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp water, more for thinner consistency
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ Tbsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp salt, add more to taste 

DIRECTIONS
  1. Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. If mixture is too thick, add a little more water.
  3. Store in the refrigerator, in a glass container with an airtight lid.
  4. Best if eaten within three days. ​
