INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cup vegan mayonnaise
- 1½ Tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp water, more for thinner consistency
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ Tbsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp dried dill
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt, add more to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Add all ingredients to a powerful blender. Blend until smooth.
- If mixture is too thick, add a little more water.
- Store in the refrigerator, in a glass container with an airtight lid.
- Best if eaten within three days.
