INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs. chicken breast
Vinaigrette:
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat your oven for 400 degrees.
- Split chicken breasts horizontally and place in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish.*
- Whisk together the vinaigrette ingredients and pour over the chicken breasts.** Cover and allow to marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in the center.
