These wraps are of course amazing and have no soy or processed MSG ingredients. Hooray!
Enjoy savory and mouthwatering flavor in this classic Asian dish. This recipe makes a huge batch, and good thing too because you will happily be feasting on it for days to come.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onions, diced
  • 2 heads butter leaf lettuce

Sauce:
  • 1/3 cup coconut aminos
  • 2 Tbsp tahini
  • 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper

DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large pot heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the ground turkey and cook until brown, crumbled, and cooked through. With such a large batch this will take about 10 minutes.
  2. In between stirring the ground turkey, make the sauce in a small bowl by whisking together the coconut aminos, tahini, apple cider vinegar, honey, ginger, salt and crushed red pepper.
  3. Once turkey is browned, add the onion, bell pepper, garlic, green onions and sauce to the pot. Continue cooking and stirring until onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. Add additional salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Spoon the hot mixture into individual butter leaves and eat!
