9 Ways to get kids exercising indoors
It it's too cold or too hot to have fun outside, there are still so many ways for your kids to have a great time and release their energy in a positive and productive way. Here are just a few ideas.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1. Dance! - Turn up some dance music and go crazy! A personal favorite.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2. Balloon Volleyball - Make boundaries with painter's tape, or just have fun! But don’t let the balloon touch the floor!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3. Hula Hoop - Move to the middle of the living room and test your moves. Alternatively, you can set it on the floor and try hopping in and out or all the way across. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
