Sometimes it's a challenge to drink enough water, let alone encouraging our kids to do the same. Here are 7 helpful tips to get your child drinking more of the good stuff 💦⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1– Set the example. Let your kid see you drinking water throughout the day⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

2– Reduce the availability of juice and make it available only at certain times of the day, such as breakfast⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

3– Get rid of all artificial drinks⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

4– Buy ice cube trays with fun shapes⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

5– Get outside and get moving⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

6– Invest in a preferred drinking cup with the child's favorite character or color on it⠀⠀
